We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Mobile Internals Components Like Mobile display, Microphone Board, ICs, Flex Cables, Volume Buttons, Motherboards, Middle Frame, Housing, Backpanel, Backglass, Touchglass.

  • Tempered glass, Buy One Get One Products

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.[In India we do provide free reverse pickup service if you received in damaged or defective condition] if we don't have reverse pickup service at your given Pincode we will give ₹100 in your fixbhi wallet

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We ship all over India, as well as 180+ countries.
For delivery of products in India order from DailyObjects.com (Domestic), for delivery outside of India order from DailyObjects.us (International) This policy is for Indian geo location only, for international policy please check respective website.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹499/-. A flat ₹49 charge is applied to all Prepaid orders below ₹ 499/-.
₹150 extra charges for all Cash on delivery orders. The amount is non refundable.

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?

Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

 

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. We make products made to order. If there are multiple products, we ship a product as and when it gets processed, not waiting for the whole consignment to be processed. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive. International orders, in most instances, will be shipped in their entirety as one shipment.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Estimated dispatch time of each product is written under the Shipping and Returns tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WHAT IS FIXBHI CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at support@fixbhi.com or call us on +91 6360 562 712 between 9AM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?

There are zero cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse but if the order has already been shipped we’ll not be able to cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your order before shipment, you can reach out to us at support@fixbhi.com in order to notify. However, actual shipping charges levied by the courier company will be deducted from the amount paid by you.

HOW CAN I GET REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS AND HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
For transactions done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 hours. However, it may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
